Permanent exhibition, Esch-sur-Alzette, 2020-2024

Musée national de la Résistance et des Droits Humains

This new permanent exhibition attempts to depict in an accessible way the entire spectrum of experiences during the German occupation of Luxembourg. It thus makes visitors aware of the impossible decisions that people had to make during this time.

We provided museological support for the development of a new permanent exhibition. We worked closely with the museum staff to refine the exhibition concept, to select the images and exhibits, and to write the exhibition texts.

The project was commissioned by the City of Esch-sur-Alzette. It was developed together with the Musée national de la Résistance et des Droits Humains and NJOY.
